Delivering Business Value: The Good Better Best Model of measuring IT Services

One of the things I think a lot about is the idea of using technology to deliver business value to end customers.      It’s not easy.    Frankly, if it were, everyone would be doing it easily, it would be a commodity, and there wouldn’t be much money in it.     Let’s acknowledge that to start.

Every vendor, and then every other vendor, says this repeatedly when they try to convince companies to sell their wares.   It’s a great tagline, and it SOUNDS great.    It really does.

But, how do you … really do it?
